Paarth Enterprises is well equipped with high precision machine tools like VMCs (Deckel Maho, Haas) and surface grinding machines. Presently machined components to the accuracies of less than 0.005 mm in squareness, parallelism and 0.4 µ Ra surface finish are regularly manufactured in batches. Center distance of ±0.01 is achieved in 300 mm length. The handling of the components is carried out with extreme care and plastic trays are used for stacking in between operations. The machined components are checked at every stage of manufacturing and finally inspected on Mitutoyo digital linear height gauge for critical dimensions. Also there is hiddnhel probing system on Deckel Maho VMC where the component can be checked for center distances, bore sizes and depth and we can get detailed report which can be stored and reproduced on PC.
